Project Feasibility Study and Pro Forma

The project feasibility study and pro forma are the most critical
decision making tools when considering ownership in a healthcare
facility. Atlantic will provide independently, and as a potential
management partner, conservative (but accurate) pro forma. The
assumptions made within Atlantic's pro formas are based upon
the primary source data collected from the physician partners.

Atlantic will analyze the procedure and payer specific information
to ensure that our volume and reimbursement assumptions are as
accurate as possible. The expense assumptions are divided into
three major categories; labor, medical supply and general and
administrative expenses. Market specific conditions for expenses
and revenue are considered in our assumptions to confirm the pro
forma's accuracy.

The information included in the pro forma assists in the
determination of the facility design, capacity, staffing structure,
equipment needs and many other essential decisions. The
decisions made from the assumptions of the pro forma require the
greatest scrutiny.

Atlantic recommends that your group of physicians should request
an independent appraiser review of the pro forma to ensure that
the method of determining the pro formas assumptions is
accurate. Atlantic will provide a list of nationally known healthcare
pro forma appraisers for you.
